The passing away of a loved one is a stressful and emotional time for family and friends and the thought of needing to deal with the associated paperwork can be an additional worry.

When someone has passed away, their Executor or closest relative needs to deal with that person's paperwork to include arranging the funeral; managing and closing their bank accounts and investments; securing and insuring their home; arranging the sale of their home and administering and distributing the estate, in accordance with the Will
or intestacy rules.
